The approach that I now use in my work has been shaped over 12 years through listening to the stories of my clients and working with it. And, of course, through self-investigation, re-establishing contact with my own body and psyche.
Training in various massage techniques, working in a rehabilitation centre, training in psychology, and participating in many seminars on body awareness, showed me the importance of deep relaxation, and how much in modern life people have lost the abilities of relaxation and sensitivity.
The basis of my approach is my own practice of deep relaxation and full attentive presence of the client during the session. Each session is unique, individual and holistic, and may include restorative massage, work on psychosomatic and post-traumatic conditions, and work on chronic muscle tension and musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

The methods I use in these therapies include about 3 hours duration wellbeing rituals, whole body massage, bamboo massage, aromatherapy, honey massage, deep foot-massage, lymph unblocking, deep listening to inner states, therapeutic exercises and stretching, art therapy.
The combination of different methods, working together with an approach which focuses on the individual, helps to awaken the natural sensitivity and intuition of the body, strengthen connections between the body’s systems and to restore the individual naturally to health.
